Children Action... Knock-out U.S. Arroyo Regime

“Labanan ang teroristang atake ng rehimeng U.S Arroyo sa mga bata at mamamayan.”
That was the clamor of the group Salinlahi, the alliance for children’s concern together with the children from Tatalon, Batasan,Bagong Silangan, Tondo, Mlabon, Muntinlupa, and Gabriela in Bustillos Church, Legarda, Manila yesterday morning.

The movement of the children was started at 9 a.m. from Bustillos Church in Legarda straight to Mendiola and conducted a program with a theme “Night mare match, Knock-out Gloria! The number child’s night violations,” where the children shout and talked for their rights.

Alfonso Rivera, Officer in Charge of Salinlahi said that their aim for that movement was to show to the society the suffering of the children and to knock-out the regime of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her government.

“Ang layunin ng pagra-raly na ito ay para ipakia sa mga mamamayan ang paghhirap ng mga bata, labanan ang gobyerno ni Arroyo, at para pabagsakin at i-knock out si Gloria,” Rivera stated.

Renato Reyes, General Secretary of Bayan sung to the program and Gary Martinez, President of Migrante International also shared a message to the children.

“Gusto kong mag-share sa mga bata tungkol sa mga karanasan ng mga anak ng mga OFW , ibahagi sa kanila ang hirap na dinaranas nn mga bata at magulang, at ipaunawa sa kanila na ang pag-aabroad ay hindi sagot sa kahirapan,” Martinez added.
