Almost 20 different organizations celebrated the 60th Anniversary of Human Rights together with the different alliance such as women, children, urban, teachers, doctors, workers, and professional sectors walk and shout to fight for the rights of the people from Welcome Rotonda straight to Claro M. Recto, last December 10 this year.
The movement aimed to oust Gloria and proclaim for their rights against the regime of Arroyo.
state,” Panggoy said.
The rally started from Welcome
Rotonda and conducted a program to C.M. Recto until 4 P.M. . . “Hindi na kami tutuloy hanggang Mendiola dahil baka may manggulo daw at no permit no rally.
PO1 Rodolfo Ocampo said that there are almost 150 PNP assigned to C.M. Recto and to Mendiola. There plan was to hold-up the people and if they try to walk forward to Mendiola the police will disperse them.
The team leader of the PNP police were Col. Sedanto ,chief of Police Station 7; Col. Layug, chief of Police Station 4; and
Col. Sapitula, chief of Police Station 3.
